鼻石4例临床分析并文献复习

摘　　要：目的 分析鼻石的临床特点及诊治方法,提高临床医师对鼻石的认识,减少误诊。方法 回顾性分析2015年2月—2023年4月本院收治的4例鼻石患者的临床资料及治疗方法,并复习文献。结果 男1例,女3例,年龄13~59岁。鼻石位置:右侧3例,左侧1例。症状:单侧鼻腔流鼻涕3例,单侧鼻塞2例,单侧鼻出血1例。病程:1月~7年。术前均行鼻内镜检查,3例发现鼻腔有新生物,1例发现鼻石。术前均行鼻窦CT检查,4例报告为钙化物。鼻石颜色:黑色2例,褐色1例,黄白色1例。4例均在鼻内镜下手术治疗。术后未见复发。结论 鼻石罕见,临床表现多样,应加强对该类疾病的认识,提高诊治水平。Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics and diagnosis and treatment methods of rare disease rhinolith,with the aim of enhancing the understanding on rhinolith among clinical physicians to reduce misdiagnosis.Methods The clinical data and treatment method of 4 patients with rhinolith and ever been admitted to the hospital from February 2015 to April 2023 were analyzed retrospectively,and literature review was carried out.Results There were 1 male and 3 female among the 4 cases,aged 13-59 years old.Rhinolith location:3 cases on the right side and 1 case on the left side.Symptoms:unilateral nasal discharge in 3 cases,unilateral nasal obstruction in 2 cases,unilateral nasal bleeding in 1 case.Course of disease:1 month to 7 years.Nasal endoscopy was performed before operation.3 cases were found to have neoplasm in the nasal cavity,1 case was found to have rhinolith.Preoperative sinus CT examination was performed in all patients.4 cases were reported as calcification.Rhinolith color:black in 2 cases,brown in 1 case,yellowish white in 1 case.All 4 cases were treated with surgery under nasal endoscope.No recurrence was found after operation.Conclusions Rhinolith case is rare with diverse clinical manifestations.We should strengthen the understanding of this disease and improve the level of diagnosis and treatment.
