摘  要:目的 分析2021—2022年北京市妇幼保健机构运行效率,为促进妇幼保健机构高质量发展提供启示。方法 收集北京市17家妇幼保健机构指标数据,运用三阶段数据包络分析法(data envelopment analysis, DEA),在剔除环境变量和随机效应的影响后进行效率分析。结果 与第一阶段效率值相比,第三阶段两年的效率均有所上升。其中,2021年17家妇幼保健机构中8家机构处于DEA有效状态,2022年存在DEA有效的机构有5家。结论 北京市17家妇幼保健机构运行效率有所差异,环境变量对妇幼保健机构的影响较大,应提高技术效率与规模效率的一致性,提高妇幼保健机构运行效率,促进妇幼保健机构高质量发展。Objective To analyze the operational efficiency of maternal and child health institutions in Beijing from 2021 to 2022,and to provide reference and inspiration for promoting the high-quality development of maternal and child health institutions.Methods The index data of 17 maternal and child health institutions in Beijing were collected,and the efficiency was analyzed by using three-stage data envelopment analysis(DEA)method after removing the influence of environmental variables and random effects.Results Compared with the efficiency value of Phase I,the efficiency of Phase III increased in both years.Among the 17 maternal and child health care institutions,8 institutions were in DEA effective status in 2021,and 5 institutions were in DEA effective status in 2022.Conclusions The operating efficiency of the 17 MCH institutions in Beijing is different,and environmental variables have a greater impact on the MCH institutions.It is necessary to improve the consistency of interest rate and scale efficiency under technology,improve the operating efficiency of MCH institutions,and promote the high-quality development of MCH institutions.
