玉液汤加减联合二甲双胍和德谷门冬双胰岛素对2型糖尿病气阴两虚证患者临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:对玉液汤加减联合二甲双胍和德谷门冬双胰岛素对2型糖尿病(T2DM)气阴两虚证患者的临床疗效进行探讨。方法:将60例T2DM患者随机分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=30),对照组采用二甲双胍联合德谷门冬双胰岛素治疗,观察组在此基础上应用玉液汤加减治疗,比较2组治疗后的中医证候积分、糖化血红蛋白(Hb Alc)、空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2h PG)、日内平均血糖波动幅度(MAGE)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)和胰岛素分泌指数(HOMA-IS)。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(93.33%vs 86.67%);观察组中医证候积分、Hb Alc、FPG、2h PG、MAGE和HOMA-IR等指标均低于对照组,HOMA-IS高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:玉液汤加减联合二甲双胍和德谷门冬双胰岛素对2型糖尿病气阴两虚证患者疗效显著,可有效控制患者的血糖并改善胰岛功能。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of reformed Yuye decoction combined with metformin and insulin degludec and insulin aspart injection in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)with deficiency of both Qi and Yin.Methods:Sixty patients with T2DM were randomly divided into a control group(n=30)and an observation group(n=30).Both groups were treated with metformin combined with insulin degludec and insulin aspart injection and the observation group was additionally treated with reformed Yuye decoction.The Chinese medicine symptom scores,glycated hemoglobin(HbAlc),fasting plasma glucose(FPG),and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2hPG),mean intraday glucose fluctuation(MAGE),insulin resistance index(HOMAIR)and insulin secretion index(HOMA-IS)were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(93.33%vs 86.67%).The indexes of Chinese medicine symptom score,HbAlc,FPG,2hPG,MAGE and HOMA-IR of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and HOMA-IS was higher than that of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Reformed Yuye decoction combined with metformin and insulin degludec and insulin aspart injection has significant efficacy in patients with T2DM with deficiency of Qi and Yin,which can effectively control the patients’blood glucose and improve the pancreatic islet function.
