摘　　要：由于生物制剂在银屑病治疗中普遍应用,甲银屑病(nailpsoriasis,NP)的治疗效果也有了显著提升。不同生物制剂作用靶点不同,疗效亦不同。近年来,生物制剂治疗NP的疗效观察逐渐增多,本文就生物制剂在NP中的应用效果进行综述,以期为临床治疗提供参考。The use of biological agents in treating psoriasis has led to a significant enhancement in the effectiveness of addressing nail psoriasis.Different biological agents have different targets and different efficacies.The application and efficacy comparison of biological agents in nail psoriasis has been increasingly studied over the past few years,and this paper reviews them to provide clinical insight.
