摘 要:针对大体量混凝土施工中模板支架支撑稳定性问题,进行支架受力分析。基于阳江某特大桥工程,设计了钢管桩+贝雷梁+型钢组合的过渡墩盖梁支撑系统,并建立了过渡墩支撑体系的精细化有限元模型,分析了盖梁支架的强度、位移和稳定性性能,结果表明各支架构件均满足强度、刚度、稳定性等各项要求;钢管桩+贝雷梁+型钢组合的支撑体系具有安全稳定、灵活可调、承载能力高、施工效率高以及经济实用等优势;为保证施工安全,桩顶部、底部受力集中,建议设置加强肋,避免局部变形。为以后类似的工程提供了新的思路,具有较强的借鉴和指导价值。Focuses on conducting a stress analysis on the stability of formwork support in large-scale concrete construction.It is based on a extra large bridge project in Yangjiang.A new transition pier cap beam support system consisting of steel pipe piles+Bailey beams+steel sections is designed.A refined finite element model of the transition pier support system is established,and the strength,displacement,and stability performance of the cap beam support are analyzed.The analysis results show that all support components meet the requirements of strength,stiffness,and stability;The new support system,comprising steel pipe piles+Bailey beams+steel sections,has higher advantages in safety,stability,flexibility,high bearing capacity,high construction efficiency,and economic practicality;To ensure construction safety,stress concentration occurs at the top and bottom of the pile.Installing strengthening ribs to avoid local deformation is highly recommended;providing creative ideas for similar projects in the future and offering strong reference and valuable guidance.
