摘　　要：为满足厂家对于空间的使用要求,对现有建筑物进行加固改造,此次改造使空间局部空间跨度由8 m变为16 m,在满足结构整体性和安全性的基础上,采用了先加固梁后拆除柱子的施工方式,满足建筑物的使用空间和使用功能的荷载要求。In order to meet the manufacturer's requirements for the use of space,the existing building is reinforced,the transformation makes the local space span of the space change from 8 meters to 16 meters,on the basis of satisfying the integrity and safety of the structure,the construction method of first reinforcing the beam and then removing the column is adopted to meet the load requirements of the use space and use function of the building.
