摘  要:陶粒混凝土应用于超高层建筑中能降低建筑物自重,但其泵送过程中存在难点。对泵送过程中陶粒混凝土坍落度损失过大、陶粒上浮、混凝土离析分层及堵泵的解决方法进行总结。发现掺入矿物掺合料、选择高效减水剂或对陶粒预湿处理能降低拌合物坍落度损失;采用小粒径破碎型陶粒、掺入矿物掺合料、选择合适施工工艺或掺入外加剂能抑制陶粒上浮;掺入外加剂、控制振捣、搅拌或自由倾落高度能解决离析分层;采用高水灰比、掺入矿料、控制泵送速度或掺入外加剂能降低堵泵现象。The application of ceramsite concrete in super high-rise buildings can reduce the self weight of the building,but there are difficulties in its pumping process.This article summarizes the solutions to excessive slump loss,floating of ceramsite,segregation and layering of concrete,and pump blockage in the pumping process of ceramsite concrete.It was found that adding mineral admixtures,selecting highefficiency water reducing agents,or pre wetting ceramic particles can reduce the slump loss of the mixture;The use of small particle size crushed ceramic particles,the addition of mineral admixtures,the selection of appropriate construction techniques,or the addition of additives can suppress the floating of ceramic particles;Mixing admixtures,controlling vibration,stirring,or free fall height can solve segregation and stratification;Adopting high water cement ratio,adding mineral materials,controlling pumping speed,or adding additives can reduce pump blockage.
