高职司法警校警务化管理的优化路径研究

摘　　要：在司法警校中实施警务化管理是适应形势发展的需要,是培养高素质司法专门人才、推动司法院校正规化建设的要求。本文在分析新形势下高职司法警校警务化管理要求的基础上,找出当前警务化管理中存在的问题,并对高职司法警校警务化管理的优化路径进行研究,通过寻求平衡的教育模式与策略,进一步构建良好的学习风并提升警务化管理人员的综合素质,为提高司法高职警校警务化管理成效提供参考。The implementation of police management in the judicial police school is to meet the needs of the development of the situation,to train high-quality judicial professionals,and to promote the regularization of judicial colleges.First,it analyzes the requirements of police-oriented management of judicial higher vocational police schools under the new situation,studies the problems existing in the current police-oriented management,and studies the optimization strategies of police-oriented management of judicial higher vocational police schools.By seeking a balanced education model and strategy,it further builds a good learning style and improves the comprehensive quality of police-oriented managers.It provides reference for improving the effectiveness of policing management in judicial higher vocational police schools.
