摘  要:分析了焦炉煤气中H_(2)S含量在脱硫工段达标,但在饱和器及终冷塔后再次升高的原因以及采取的措施。将一种新型高效除尘捕雾装置成功运用到脱硫工序,不仅使煤气中H2S含量稳定达标,对硫铵工序长期连续稳定运行也具有至关重要的作用。This paper analyzes the reasons why the content of H_(2)S in coke oven gas(COG)after saturator and final cooling tower increases again after reachin g standard in desulfurization unit.Measures that have been taken are analyz ed as well.Introduction is given to a new type of high-efficiency dus t and mist catcher that has been successfully applied to the desulfurization unit,which not only stabilizes the content of H_(2)S in COG up to standard,but plays an important role in long-term continuous and stable operation of ammonium sulfate process.
