摘  要:通过对钛/钢异种金属高能束焊接的研究现状阐述,分析了高能束直接焊接、间接焊接(添加中间层、复合中间层)方法的优缺点,认为通过控制热源位置、控制热输入、添加中间层等方法可调控焊缝中Ti-Fe熔化比,抑制Ti-Fe金属间化合物的生成;利用高熵合金具有形成单相固溶体的优势,将高熵合金作为中间层可以实现焊缝高熵化,进一步提高钛/钢焊接接头的综合性能,这将是未来钛/钢异种金属焊接研究的重点。Based on the research status of high energy beam welding of titanium/steel dissimilar metals,the advantages and disadvantages of high energy beam direct welding and indirect welding(adding interlayer and compound intermediate layer)methods were analyzed,and it was concluded that the melting ratio of Ti-Fe in the weld could be controlled by controlling the location of heat source,controlling the heat input,adding intermediate layer and so on,so as to inhibit the formation of Ti-Fe intermetallic compounds.Using high entropy alloy has the advantage of forming single phase solid solution,and using high entropy alloy as the interlayer can realize high entropy of weld and further improve the comprehensive performance of titanium/steel welded joint,which will be the focus of future titanium/steel dissimilar metal welding research.
