摘　　要：随着社会的快速发展和人口结构的深刻变化,老旧小区改造已成为提升城市品质、增强民生福祉的关键任务。由于历史原因,许多老旧小区在建设初期并未充分考虑适老化和无障碍需求,导致如今存在诸多不便与安全隐患。通过深入剖析老旧小区在这些方面存在的问题,并提出相应的改造策略,以期为推进老旧小区改造工作、提升居民生活质量和构建和谐社区提供理论支持和实践指导。With the rapid development of society and profound changes in population structure,the renovation of old residential areas has become a key task to improve the quality of the city and enhance the well-being of the people.Due to historical reasons,many old residential areas did not fully consider the needs of aging and barrier-free in the early stage of construction,resulting in many inconveniences and security risks.Through in-depth analysis of these problems in old residential areas,this paper puts forward the corresponding transformation strategies,in order to provide theoretical support and practical guidance in promoting the transformation of old residential areas,improving the life quality of residents and building harmonious communities.
