摘　　要：由于建筑行业在各国全社会总能耗中所占比例较高,因此绿色建筑理念在该行业的推广是不可避免的。为了促进和推动绿色建筑的发展,各个国家逐渐建立了适应本国情况的绿色建筑评估体系。本文对中日两国的绿色建筑标准在体系构成、评价理念、评估内容、评价方法、评价指标权重标准制定等方面指出了其中存在的差异,并对中国绿色建筑评价标准与日本CASBEE评价体系进行了对比研究,旨在为我国进一步修订规范,优化绿色建筑评价指标提供符合我国国情的借鉴价值。Because the construction industry accounts for high proportion in the total social energy consumption of various countries,it is inevitable to promote Green Building concepts in this industry.In order to promote the development of Green Buildings,each country has gradually established their Green Building assessment system,which is suitable for its own situation.The paper points out the differences between the Green Building standards of China and Japan in terms of system composition,evaluation concepts,assessment content,evaluation methods,and the establishment of evaluation indicator weight standards.Therefore,a comparative study is conducted between China’s Green Building evaluation standards and Japan’s CASBEE evaluation system,aiming to provide valuable reference for further revising regulations and optimizing Green Building evaluation indicators that are suitable for China’s national conditions.
