摘 要:为改善路面混凝土抗渗性能,采用高吸水性树脂(SAP)对路面混凝土进行内养生,设计氯离子渗透试验、劈裂抗拉强度试验,研究不同SAP参数对路面混凝土抗渗性及劈裂抗拉强度的影响,同时设计水化热测试、水化反应程度测试及扫描电镜(SEM)等微观试验,探索SAP参数对胶凝材料水化过程及混凝土微观形貌的影响。结果表明:SAP显著提高了混凝土抗渗性及劈裂抗拉强度,0.17%掺量的SAP内养生混凝土氯离子迁移系数比基准组降低33.62%,劈裂抗拉强度增大50.07%;SAP的加入,有效降低胶凝材料水化放热速率、降低放热量、延缓水化进程、提高水化反应程度;SAP增强胶凝材料与集料黏附性,明显减小混凝土表面裂缝,同时促进胶凝材料二次水化,产生的大量水化产物,充分填充混凝土内部孔隙及SAP释水残留孔,增强了浆体密实性,从而改善混凝土抗渗性等耐久性。In order to improve the impermeability of pavement concrete,super absorbent resin(SAP)is used for internal curing of pavement concrete.Chloride ion penetration test and splitting tensile strength test are designed to study the influence of different SAP parameters on the impermeability and splitting tensile strength of pavement concrete.At the same time,micro tests such as hydration heat test,hydration reaction degree test and scanning electron microscope(SEM)are designed,the effects of SAP parameters on the hydration process of cementitious materials and the microscopic morphology of concrete were investigated.The results showed that SAP significantly improved the impermeability and splitting tensile strength of concrete.The chloride ion migration coefficient of SAP curing concrete with 0.17%content decreased by 33.62%compared with the reference group,and the splitting tensile strength increased by 50.07%;the addition of SAP can effectively reduce the hydration heat release rate,reduce the heat release,delay the hydration process,and improve the degree of hydration reaction;SAP enhances the adhesion of cementitious materials and aggregates,significantly reduces the surface cracks of concrete,and at the same time promotes the secondary hydration of cementitious materials.A large number of hydration products are generated,which can fully fill the internal pores of concrete and SAP residual water release pores,and enhance the compactness of the slurry,thus improving the impermeability and other durability of concrete.
