摘  要:阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer’s disease,AD)是最常见的神经退行性疾病,主要症状为进行性记忆下降和认知功能障碍,发病率呈上升趋势,目前缺乏有效的治疗手段,因此,早期诊断、预防及延缓AD的进展至关重要。近年来,MRI已广泛应用于AD及其他认知障碍领域的研究,三维T1加权成像(three-dimensional T1 weighted imaging,3D-T1WI)、扩散MRI可以客观、间接地反映异常的大脑结构变化,为解释其机制提供影像学依据。本文从3D-T1WI、扩散MRI在AD中的应用展开综述,从多个角度探索AD患者脑结构变化及病理生理机制,为AD的早期诊断提供帮助。Alzheimer's disease(AD)is the most common neurodegenerative disease.The main symptoms are progressive memory decline and cognitive dysfunction.The incidence rate is on the rise,and there is a lack of effective treatment.Therefore,early diagnosis,prevention and delay of AD are essential.In recent years,MRI has been widely used in the study of AD and other cognitive impairment fields.Three-dimensional T1 weighted imaging(3D-T1WI),diffusion MRI can objectively and indirectly reflect abnormal brain structural changes,providing imaging evidence for explaining their mechanisms.This article provides a review of the application of 3D-T1WI,diffusion MRI in AD,exploring the changes in brain structure and pathophysiological mechanisms of AD patient from multiple perspectives,and providing assistance for the early diagnosis of AD.
