摘　　要：习近平文化思想是以习近平同志为核心的党中央关于文化建设实践的理论总结,是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想正式确立文化篇的标志。习近平文化思想是文化实践和理论创新有机结合的创造性成果,富有历史逻辑、理论逻辑和实践逻辑。其以马克思主义文化观为理论指导、以中华优秀传统文化为文化根基、以中国特色社会主义文化建设为实践基础、以习近平知青经历与治国理政经验为直接成因。其核心要义是紧抓意识形态工作、做好舆论宣传工作、坚守中华文化本位。其时代价值在于以人民为中心的文化价值、以开放为特征的理论架构和以实践为指向的发展目标。习近平文化思想作为中国共产党在新时代探索社会主义文化强国建设道路实践中形成的宝贵思想结晶和时代精华,是增强文化自信、建设文化强国和建设中华民族现代文明的重要思想指南,持续学习贯彻和深入研究阐释习近平文化思想应成为社会共识。Xi Jinping Thought on Culture is a theoretical summary of the practice of cultural construction conducted by the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core,and a symbol of the formal establishment of culture section in Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.Xi Jinping Thought on Culture is a creative result of the organic combination of cultural practice and theoretical innovation,which is rich in historical logic,theoretical logic and practical logic.Xi Jinping Thought on Culture is guided by the Marxist cultural perspective,with excellent traditional Chinese culture as the cultural foundation,the construction of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics as the practical foundation,and the experiences of educated youth and governance are the direct causes.Its core essence is to firmly grasp ideological work,do a good job in public opinion propaganda,and adhere to the Chinese cultural standard.Its contemporary value is mainly reflected in three aspects:cultural value centered on the people,theoretical framework characterized by openness,and development goals oriented towards practice.Xi Jinping Thought on Culture as the precious thought crystallization and era essence formed in the practice of our party’s exploration of the road to build a strong socialist cultural country in the new era,is the important guidence of strengthening the cultural confidence,the construction of strong cultural country and modern civilization of the Chinese nation.Continuous learning,implementation,in-depth research,and interpretation of Xi Jinping Thought on Culture should become a social consensus.
