摘　　要：马克思对生产力、生产力三因素和生产力影响因素在概念上作了明确区分,并以系统方法来研究生产力的各个组成部分。诸多影响生产力系统的因素分为两类,一类是生产力三因素,另一类是影响生产力三因素种类与结构的因素。梳理马克思生产力三因素理论与七大生产要素分类有助于把握好各种生产力影响因素之间的逻辑联系,完整阐释七大生产要素在新质生产力系统中所发挥的作用。科技创新、先进制造、颠覆性技术、前沿性技术是新质生产力的基础科学系统与技术工艺系统。新能源、新材料、生产要素创新性配置、生产力三因素及其优化组合是新质生产力的生产要素系统,由战略性新兴产业与未来产业主导的现代化产业体系是新质生产力的产业组织系统。新质生产力系统是基础科学系统、技术工艺系统、生产要素系统、产业组织系统的有机统一和高度融合。Marx made a clear distinction between the productivity,the three factors of productivity and the influencing factors of productivity in concept,and studied each component of productivity with a systematic method.Many factors that affect the productivity system are divided into two categories,one is the three factors of productivity,and the other is the factors that affect the type and structure of the three factors of productivity.Sorting out Marx's theory of three factors of productivity and the classification of seven factors will help to grasp the logical relations between various factors of productivity and fully explain the roles of seven factors of production in the new quality productivity system.Scientific and technological innovation,advanced manufacturing,subversive technology and cutting-edge technology are the basic science system and technological process system of new quality productivity.New energy,new materials,innovative new allocation of production factors,productivity and their optimal combination are the production factor system of new quality productivity,and the modern industrial system dominated by strategic emerging industries and future industries is the industrial organization system of new quality productivity.The new quality productivity system is the organic unity and high integration of basic science system,technology process system,production factor system and industrial organization system.
