摘  要:通过研究不同浓度营养液对绿苣生菜(Lactuca sativa L.)生长特性、产量及品质的影响,旨在为植物工厂条件下生菜的种植生产提供合适浓度的营养供给。设置不同的营养液浓度EC 1.0、1.5、2.0、2.5、3.0 dS/m(CK、T 1、T 2、T 3、T 4),分别在定植后14、21、28 d对生菜进行生理指标、产量及品质的测定。结果表明,在定植14、21、28 d时,不同浓度营养液对生菜地上部干鲜重、根部鲜重、叶片数、叶片厚度、植株伸展度、茎粗、叶绿素含量均存在显著影响,可溶性糖含量在定植21~28 d时差异较小。综合以上测定指标,在定植28 d,T 2、T 3处理下绿苣生菜生长状况较佳,产量及品质最优,是比较合适的营养液灌溉浓度。The effects of different concentration nutrient solution on the growth characteristics,yield and quality of lettuce(Lactuca sativa L.Lvju)were studied for providing appropriate nutrient concentrations for the planting of lettuce under plant factory conditions.In this experiment,different concentration nutrient solution of EC 1.0,1.5,2.0,2.5,3.0 dS/m(CK,T 1,T 2,T 3,T 4)were designed and the physiological indicators,yield,and quality of lettuce were measured at 14,21,and 28 d after planting.The results show that when planting 14,21,and 28 d,different concentration nutrient solution had a significant impact on the shoot fresh weight,shoot dry weight,root fresh weight,number of leaves,leaf thickness,plant stretching,stem,and chlorophyll content.The soluble sugar content had a little difference between 21 and 28 days of transplanting.Based on the above measurement indicators,when planting 28 d,the concentration of nutrient solution is better in the growth status of lettuce at T 2 and T 3,the optimal yield and quality,and it is a relatively suitable nutritional solution irrigation concentration.
