主客体掺杂的电化学共聚合发光薄膜的高性能有机电致发光器件研究

摘  要:电化学聚合发光薄膜虽已成功应用于有机电致发光器件中,但其发光性能仍与旋涂薄膜和蒸镀薄膜相距甚远。因此,提高电聚合发光薄膜的发光性能仍然是一个艰难的挑战。电化学共聚合是提高薄膜发光性能的有效方法。以DBTSo和TCSoC作为主体分别与TCBzC客体共聚合,共聚合后薄膜的平整性和致密性都得到了改善。DBTSo结构与TCBzC相差较大,形成的共聚合薄膜发光性能较差。TCSoC的结构与TCBzC相似,共聚合发光器件的最大发光亮度为2300cd/m^(2),最大发光效率为2.06cd/A。与TCBzC器件相比,最大亮度提高了88%,最大效率提高了1.67倍,为电化学聚合发光薄膜性能的提升提供了一个选择方案。Although electrochemical copolymerized luminescent films have been successfully applied in organic electroluminescent devices,their luminescent performance is still far from that of spin-coated films and evaporation-deposited films.Therefore,it is still a difficult challenge to improve the luminescence properties of electropolymerized films.Electrochemical copolymerization is an effective method to improve the luminescence properties of films.In this work,DBTSo and TCSoC were used as hosts and copolymerized with TCBzC guest,respectively,and the flatness and compactness of the copolymerized films were improved.The structure of DBTSo was quite different from that of TCBzC,and the luminescence performance of the copolymerized films formed was poor.The structure of TCSoC was similar to that of TCBzC,and the maximum luminescence of the copolymerized luminescent device formed was 2300cd/m^(2),with a maximum luminescence efficiency of 2.06cd/A.Compared with TCBzC devices,the maximum brightness was increased by 88%,and the maximum efficiency showed a 1.67-fold increase,providing an alternative for the improvement of electrochemical copolymerized luminescent films.
