摘 要:制备了不同支化度的超支化聚酯修饰碳纳米管,采用傅里叶红外光谱及透射电镜表征手段对其微观结构进行了分析。结果表明:超支化聚酯接枝到碳纳米管表面,不同支化度的超支化聚酯在碳纳米管表面形成了一层包裹层,并使碳纳米管的管径增加。随后制备了超支化聚酯修饰碳纳米管增韧环氧树脂复合材料,通过光学显微镜分析,证明超支化聚酯的接枝修饰显著地提高了碳纳米管在环氧树脂基体的分散性;通过动态热机械性能测试(DMA)及力学性能测试,发现超支化聚酯修饰碳纳米管的加入促进了环氧树脂体系的链段运动,在提高环氧树脂的韧性方面表现出较好的效果,且随着超支化聚酯的支化度越高,环氧树脂的增韧性能越好。In this paper,hyperbranched polyester-modified carbon nanotubes with different branching degrees were prepared,and their microstructure was analyzed using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and transmission electron microscopy.The results showed that hyperbranched polyesters were successfully grafted onto carbon nanotubes,and the hyperbranched polyesters with different branching degrees formed a wrapping layer on the surface of carbon nanotubes,which increased the tube diameter of carbon nanotubes.Subsequently,a hyperbranched polyester-modified carbon nanotubes toughened epoxy resin composite was prepared.Through optical microscope analysis,it was proved that the graft modification of hyperbranched polyester significantly improved the dispersion of carbon nanotubes in the epoxy resin matrix;Through dynamic thermal mechanical property testing(DMA)and mechanical property testing,it was found that the addition of hyperbranched polyester-modified carbon nanotubes promoted the chain segment movement of the epoxy resin system,showing a good effect in improving the toughness of the epoxy resin.The higher the branching degree of hyperbranched polyester,the better the toughening performance of the epoxy resin.
