摘 要:以聚环氧乙烷-聚环氧丙烷-聚环氧乙烷三嵌段共聚物(PEO-PPO-PEO,记作P123)为结构导向剂,正丁醇为溶质,甘油为碳源,硅酸四乙酯为硅源,通过水热软模板法合成了具有立方双连续结构(Ia3d)的三维有序介孔碳(GOMC),研究了碳化温度对其结构、比表面积和孔径的影响。结果表明:碳化温度为700℃和800℃时,GOMC比表面积高达909m^(2)/g和908m^(2)/g,并且具有较好的热稳定性。In this study,three-dimensional ordered mesoporous carbon(GOMC)with cubic bicontinuous structure(Ia3d)was synthesized by hydrothermal soft template method using the triblock copolymer polyethylene oxide-polypropylene oxide-polyethylene oxide(PEO-PPO-PEO,denoted as P123)as the structure-directing agent,n-butanol as the solute,glycerol as the carbon source,and tetraethyl orthosilicate(TEOS)as the silicon source.The effects of carbonization temperature on the structure,specific surface area and pore size of the composite were studied.The results showed that the specific surface area of GOMC was up to 909m^(2)/g and 908m^(2)/g at the carbonization temperature of 700℃and 800℃,respectively,and it had good thermal stability.
