摘 要:以四氯化钛为钛源,通过改变氢氟酸(HF)用量、水热反应温度和时间调控TiO_(2)的晶相组成,并通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、电子顺磁共振(ESR)、红外光谱(FT-IR)和紫外-可见光光谱(UV-Vis)等手段进行表征,以罗丹明B为模型污染物,对比研究了表面氟化锐钛矿TiO_(2)与金红石/锐钛矿混合晶相TiO_(2)光催化性能及反应机制。结果表明:混合晶相有利于电子和空穴共同参与光催化反应,从而更有利于提高光催化性能;表面氟化锐钛矿TiO_(2)能抑制电子的作用,导致其催化活性弱于混合相TiO_(2)。这为高活性TiO_(2)光催化剂的制备提供了一种新思路。The crystalline phase composition of titanium dioxide(TiO_(2))was regulated by adjusting the content of HF,hydrothermal reaction temperature and time during the hydrothermal process by using titanium tetrachloride as the titanium source.The obtained samples were characterized by XRD,SEM,ESR,FT-IR,and UV-visible absorption spectrum.The photocatalytic performances and reaction mechanism of the surface-fluorinated anatase TiO_(2)and the rutile/anatase mixed phase TiO_(2)were compared with rhodamine B as a model pollutant.The results showed that the mixed crystalline phase was favorable for both the electron and hole participating in the photocatalytic reaction,and thus improved the photocatalytic performance.The surface-fluorinated anatase TiO_(2)inhibited the electrons from participating in the photocatalytic reaction,resulting in its weaker catalytic activity than that of anatase/rutile mixed phase TiO_(2),which provided a new idea for the preparation of highly active TiO_(2)photocatalysts.
