摘 要:以交联剂双丙酮丙烯酰胺(DAAM)和己二酸二酰肼(ADH)对丙烯酸树脂进行交联改性,得到一种环保水性低温自交联丙烯酸树脂(DAAM-ADH-ACR),探究了DAAM用量对DAAM-ADH-ACR结构和性能的影响。并将DAAM-ADH-ACR制成水性油墨后,测试其水性油墨性能。红外光谱(FT-IR)测试表明:合成了酮肼低温自交联型丙烯酸树脂(DAAM-ADH-ACR);粒径分布(DLS)测试表明:随着DAAM用量的增加,DAAM-ADH-ACR乳液的粒径逐渐增大;接触角(CA)及表面张力(γ)测试表明:DAAM用量对DAAM-ADH-ACR接触角及表面张力的影响较小;力学性能测试表明,随着DAAM用量的增大,DAAM-ADH-ACR的拉伸强度先增大后降低;水性油墨性能测试表明:随着DAAM用量的增加,DAAM-ADH-ACR水性油墨的耐揉搓性、抗粘连性和附着力性能均呈现先上升后下降的趋势。当DAAM用量为3%时,DAAM-ADH-ACR水性油墨性能最佳,其彻干时间为1min 23s,耐揉搓次数达61次,抗粘连性89.06%,附着力等级为2级。A waterborne environmentally friendly low-temperature self-crosslinking acrylate resin(DAAM-ADH-ACR)was synthesized by crosslinking modification of acrylic resin with diacetone acrylamide(DAAM)and adipic acid dihydrazide(ADH).The effect of DAAM dosage on the structure and performance of DAAM-ADH-ACR was studied.Then,the DAAM-ADH-ACR resin was made into water-based ink and its performance was tested.The FT-IR results indicated the successful synthesis of acrylic resin DAAM-ADH-ACR by ketone hydrazine low-temperature self-crosslinking.DLS test showed that the particle size of DAAM-ADH-ACR emulsion gradually increased with the increase of DAAM dosage.CA andγTests revealed that the amount of DAAM had little effect on the contact angle and surface tension of DAAM-ADH-ACR.Mechanical properties test demonstrated that as the amount of DAAM increased,the tensile strength of DAAM-ADH-ACR first increased and then decreased.The performance test of water-based ink indicated that as the amount of DAAM increased,the rubbing resistance,adhesion resistance,and adhesion performance of DAAM-ADH-ACR water-based ink showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.When the amount of DAAM was 3%,the performance of the water-based ink DAAM-ADH-ACR was the best,with a thorough drying time of 1min 23s,resistance to rubbing up to 61 times,adhesion resistance of 89.06%,and adhesion level of 2.
