摘  要:采用热分析方法研究了CCF800S/8210双马来酰亚胺树脂基复合材料的固化工艺参数与耐热性能的关系。结果表明,在250℃以内,随着固化温度的增加,CCF800S/8210双马来酰亚胺树脂基复合材料的耐热性能提高,玻璃化转变温度从310℃提高到350℃。进一步考察了该复合材料在室温和250℃时的力学性能,发现在250℃下力学性能保持率大于51%。因此,该双马来酰亚胺树脂基复合材料体系作为结构材料在航天航空领域有着潜在的应用价值。The relationship between curing process parameters and heat resistance of CCF800S/8210 bismaleimide resin-based composite were studied by thermal analysis.The results showed that the thermal resistance of the CCF800S/8210 bismaleimide resin-based composite increased with the increase of curing temperature within 250℃,and the glass transition temperature(T g)increased from 310℃to 350℃.The mechanical properties of CCF800S/8210 bismaleimide resin-based composite were further investigated at room temperature and 250℃.The retention rate of mechanical properties of the composite was greater than 51%at 250℃.Therefore,as a structural material,the bismaleimide resin-based composite system had potential application value in the field of aerospace.
