摘 要:针对传统片梭织机机械式投梭引纬存在的低效率、高功耗、冲击与噪声等不足,文章提出了一种新型轨道式电磁投梭方案,介绍了投梭运用的轨道式电磁发射技术原理,设计了片梭织机电磁投梭装置机械结构,对投梭过程进行了动力学分析,建立了投梭装置虚拟三维模型,通过有限元仿真分析片梭受到的电磁力及引纬速度,验证了轨道式电磁投梭引纬方法的可行性,为现代片梭织机创新发展提供了技术参考。Addressing the inefficiencies,high power consumption,impact,and noise issues inherent in traditional gripper loom mechanical shuttle throwing and weft insertion,this paper proposes a novel track-type electromagnetic shuttle throwing solution.It introduces the principles of track-type electromagnetic launch technology for shuttle throwing,designs the mechanical structure of the electromagnetic shuttle throwing device for gripper looms,conducts dynamic analysis of the shuttle throwing process,and establishes a virtual three-dimensional model of the shuttle throwing device.Through finite element simulation analysis of the electromagnetic force and weft insertion speed experienced by the gripper loom,the feasibility of the track-type electromagnetic shuttle throwing and weft insertion method is validated,providing a technical reference for the innovative development of modern gripper looms.
