摘　　要：为掌握凯里市肉羊小反刍兽疫、口蹄疫免疫效果及布鲁氏菌病流行情况,对2021—2023年凯里市58个场(户)采集山羊血清样品共540份,应用ELISA试验、虎红平板凝集试验对羊口蹄疫(O型)、小反刍兽疫、布鲁氏菌病进行实验室检测。结果表明:山羊口蹄疫(O型)免疫抗体合格率为83.07%;小反刍兽疫免疫抗体合格率为77.04%;应用虎红平板凝集试验诊断布鲁氏菌病,阳性率为0%。羊口蹄疫免疫防制工作较为有效,平均抗体合格率保持在80%以上;连续3年未检出布鲁氏菌病阳性;小反刍兽疫平均抗体合格率虽达到农业部标准,但是散养户的免疫抗体合格率为68.75%;有2个乡镇小反刍兽疫抗体合格率低于70%,应加强免疫和检测工作,提高警惕。A total of 540 goat serum samples were collected from 58 farms(households)in Kaili city from 2021 to 2023 to understand the immune effect of peus petit ruminant disease,foot-and-mouth disease,and brucellosis prevalence of meat sheep.The detection of foot-and-mouth disease(O type),peste des petits ruminants,and brucellosis in sheep was carried out by means of ELISA tests and tiger red plate agglutination tests.The results showed that the qualified rate of antibody against foot-and-mouth disease(O)was 83.07%;the pass rate of PPR immune antibody was 77.04%;Brucellosis was diagnosed by tiger red plate agglutination test with a positive rate of 0%.The immune control of sheep foot-and-mouth disease was more effective,and the average qualified rate of antibody was kept above 80%.No positive brucellosis was detected for three consecutive years.Although the average qualified rate of PPR antibodies reached the standard of the Ministry of Agriculture,the qualified rate of immune antibody in free-range households was 68.75%.The pass rate of PPR antibodies in Longchang town and Wanchao town is lower than 70%,so immunization and detection should be strengthened and vigilance should be increased.
