摘 要:智慧水利建设的大力推进对信息化企业提出了新的要求。对智慧水利、数字孪生水利的市场情况进行了简要分析,总结了市场上不同类型信息化公司的特点,深入剖析了系统集成商在水利信息化行业内的现状及存在的问题。结合系统集成商面临的市场挑战、业务和技术方向、人才与技术积累等方面问题,提出系统集成商必须进行面向水利行业的转型,论证了系统集成商转型的必要性,总结了系统集成商在转型中可能遇到的问题并提出解决思路,以期为智慧水利建设背景下水利信息化集成企业转型提供参考和借鉴。The advancement of smart water conservancy construction poses new demands on information technology enterprises.This paper provides a brief analysis of the market situation regarding smart water conservancy and digital twin water conservancy,as well as summarizes the characteristics of various information technology companies in the market.It delves into the current status and existing issues faced by system integrators in the water conservancy information industry.Considering the market challenges,business and technical directions,and talent and technology accumulation,the paper argues the necessity for system integrators to undergo transformation tailored to the water conservancy industry.It outlines the potential challenges and proposes solutions for system integrators during this transformation process.The aim is to offer insights and guidance for the transformation of water conservancy information integration enterprises amidst the era of smart water conservancy construction.
