跨境电商背景下的闽东电机挑战与机遇研究

摘　　要：闽东电机在跨境电商领域拥有独特的地缘与物流优势,其所表现出的集群效应、跨界融合机制等也值得重视。但是通过对当地电机在跨境电商领域背景下所表现出的情况分析后发现,它还面临着一些挑战。现结合挑战与机遇并存的局面,分析闽东电机发展跨境电商行为的切入点以及有效迎接工作挑战的要点。论述过程表明:当地需在新技术与新场景迭代创新情形之下,基于消费升级与技术创新机遇,解决数字化运营能力不足、综合服务平台整合度不够等方面的突出问题,最终为闽东电机跨境电商的高质量发展以及国际竞争力水平提升提供重要支持。Mindong motor has unique geographical and logistics advantages in cross-border e-commerce,and its cluster effect and cross-border integration mechanism are also worthy of attention.However,through the analysis of the situation of the local motor in the cross-border e-commerce field,it is found that it still faces some challenges.Now,this paper analyzes the cut-in point of cross-border e-commerce development of Mindong motor and the key points to effectively meet the challenges of the work combined with the situation of opportunity and challenge.The discussion process shows that under the circumstances of new technologies and new scenarios of iterative innovation,based on consumption upgrading and technological innovation opportunities,the local needs to solve the outstanding problems of insufficient digital operation capacity and integration of integrated service platform,and ultimately provide important support for the high-quality development of cross-border e-commerce of Mindong motor and the improvement of international competitiveness.
