摘　　要：我国正处于社会主要矛盾发生转变的历史方位,经济社会快速发展、科技日新月异,这为物流产业的高质量发展提供了重要机遇,同时也对物流管理专业人才提出了新的更高要求。传统的物流管理专业人才培养模式已经不能完全适应经济社会发展的需要。教育部提出的新文科建设为物流管理专业人才培养模式改革提供了新的契机。文中在分析新文科背景下物流管理专业人才培养面临的问题基础上,探索物流管理专业人才培养的新路径。China is in the historical position of the transformation of the main social contradictions,and the rapid development of economic society,science and technology provides an important opportunity for the high-quality development of logistics industry,which also puts forward new and higher requirements for logistics management professionals at the same time.The traditional logistics management talent training model has not been able to fully meet the needs of economic and social development.The construction of new liberal arts proposed by the Ministry of Education provides a new opportunity for the reform of the talent training model of logistics management.On the basis of analyzing the problems of logistics management talents training under the background of new liberal arts,this paper explores a new path of logistics management talents training.
