摘　　要：操作箱是断路器控制回路的重要组成部分,为满足220 kV高压断路器安全可靠运行要求,分相操作箱回路变更有两种方式:其一是只取其中一相操作回路,取消另外两相;其二是将三相操作回路并联,再统一出口到操作机构。当分相操作箱与三相联动操作机构配合使用时,方式二容易受分、合闸电流影响,涉及的回路较多,更易有意料之外的情况发生,故方案一的效果更好。对于无需单相重合闸功能的断路器,建议优先采用三相联动的操作机构,以避免因老化磨损导致断路器三相不一致等故障发生。The operation box is an important part of the circuit breaker control loop.In order to meet the requirements of safe and reliable operation of the 220 kV high voltage circuit breakers,there are two ways to change the phase-separated operation box:one is to take only one phase of the operation loop and cancel the other two phases;the other is connect the three phase operation loops in parallel and then export to the operation mechanism.While,when the phase-separated operation box is used with the three-phase linkage operation mechanism,the second mode is easily affected by the opening and closing currents and involves more loops,which is more likely to have unexpected situations.Therefore,the first mode is better.For circuit breakers that do not require single-phase reclosing function,it is recommended to use the three-phase linkage mechanism with priority to avoid faults such as the three-phase inconsistency caused by ageing and wear of the circuit breakers.
