摘 要:胡家湾渡槽拆除重建工程采用六跨连拱结构及预制矩形槽身吊装的施工技术。依据吊装工程施工的实际,对汽车吊吊装计算、资源配置、进度计划、施工工艺技术、槽身吊装特点及安全控制措施等问题进行了充分研究。工程的实施表明,槽身吊装专项施工方案合理,为吊装工程的顺利实施奠定了基础,可供类似输水结构的吊装施工借鉴。In the demolition and reconstruction project of Hujiawan Aqueduct,a six-span continuous arch structure and the prefabricated rectangular aqueduct body hoisting technology are adopted.Considering the actual hoisting construction conditions,various issues are studied,including the calculation of truck crane lifting,resources allocation,schedule planning,construction techniques,specific characteristics of aqueduct hoisting,and safety control measures.Practical implementation shows that the hoisting construction scheme for the aqueduct body is reasonable,which provides strong support for the smooth progress of the hoisting work.It can be useful reference for the hoisting construction of similar water conveyance structures.
