摘　　要：职场喜剧电影《年会不能停!》以钳工胡建林意外晋升至集团总部的非凡经历为主线,巧妙揭示了职场中的权谋斗争和纷繁复杂的人际关系。影片如现代版的“狸猫换太子”,剧情跌宕起伏,引人入胜。创作主体运用错置、拼贴、映射等手法,以戏剧性的方式展演了社会现实,生动地刻画了打工人在职场中的“戏谑”生存状态。同时,电影对当下层出不穷的“职场怪象”进行了犀利的讽刺,使得鉴赏主体在狂欢之余,也能深入思考职场的真实况貌,对影视作品产生共鸣和情感共振。Workplace comedy film“Johnny Keep Walking!”,taking the extraordinary experience of fitter Hu Jianlin’s unexpected promotion to the group headquarters as the main line,skillfully reveals the scheming struggle and complicated interpersonal relationships in the workplace.The film is like the modern version of“Leopard Cat for Prince”,the plot is fascinating,full of ups and downs.The main body of the creation uses the techniques of dislocation,collage and mapping to show the social reality in a dramatic way,and vividly depicts the“joking”living state of workers in the workplace.At the same time,the film makes a sharp satire on the endless“strange phenomena in workplace”at present,which makes the audience not only deeply think about the real situation of the workplace,but also resonate with the film and television works besides enjoyment.
