摘 要:可靠性强化试验通过施加高于产品正常工作条件的应力,快速激发产品潜在缺陷,揭示产品在设计、生产、工艺、元器件、原材料和结构等方面的缺陷和不足,通过优化设计或改进工艺等,最终实现提高产品可靠性的目的。本文从可靠性强化试验技术出发,详细介绍了可靠性强化试验目的、方案、环境条件和试验流程的制定,并结合可靠性强化试验在配电控制器上的实际应用,对可靠性强化试验的实际开展过程、故障问题分析和解决方案等进行了重点论述,可为同类产品的可靠性试验应用研究提供参考。The Reliability Enhancement Test can accelerate the activation of potential product defects by continuously applying stress,usually the stress is higher than the normal working conditions,to expose the defects and deficiencies in product design,production process,components and structure,then the goal of improving the product reliability will be achieved by design and process improvement.This paper introduces the theoretical and technical of Reliability Enhancement Test,and the setting process about the testing purpose,scheme,environment conditions and testing routine.It introduces the engineering practical application in the power distribution controller,and discusses the testing process,the fault analysis and solution.May the paper can bring some revelation or reference to similar products on the application and research of Reliability Enhancement Test.
