摘  要:本文基于EMC三要素基础理论,针对某试验车型整车辐射抗扰测试时PT_CAN系统中出现错误帧问题的机理进行了研究,从系统线束布置、控制器设计方向提出了改进措施,通过整改方案的实车验证,证明了整改方案的有效性。最后从系统架构设计方面给出了设计优化思考及建议。In this paper,Based on the three-element theory of EMC,the mechanism of error frame in PT CAN system during radiation immunity test of a test vehicle is studied,and the improvement measures were put forward in the system harness layout and the controller design.At the same time,the effectiveness of the rectification scheme is proved according to the test of the vehicle verification.Finally,the design optimization thinking and suggestions are given from the aspect of system architecture design.
