摘 要:构建空位是提高金属硫化物光催化活性的有效途径.本研究以廉价的硫脲作为硫源,通过简单的一步水热法,在160℃、6 h条件下成功制备了富含硫空位ZnIn_(2)S_(4)微米球,并通过XRD、SEM、TEM、XPS和EPR等表征手段分析了材料的组成、形貌、化学价态和硫空位等结构与性质.结果表明:具有适当的硫空位的ZI-S_(6)具有较强的可见光响应以及较高的稳定性和良好的抗干扰能力,在4 h内可还原100%的Cr(VI),其反应速率常数是ZIS-6的1.23倍.此外,通过捕获剂实验可知e^(-)和·O^(2-)在Cr(VI)还原中起主要作用.本研究为制备和改进基于ZnIn_(2)S_(4)光催化剂提供了一种有效的方法,同时也为开发高效、可持续的光催化剂提供了新的思路.The construction of vacancies is an effective strategy for enhancing the photocatalytic activity of metal sulfides.In this study,the sulfurvacancy-rich ZnIn_(2)S_(4) microspheres were successfully synthesized via a simple one-step hydrothermal method using inexpensive thiourea as the sulfur source at 160℃for 6 h.XRD,SEM,TEM,XPS,and EPR were employed for sample characterization.The results demonstrated that ZI-S_(6) with appropriate sulfur vacancy had strong visible light response,high stability and good anti-interference ability.It could reduce 100%of Cr (VI) within 4h,and its reaction rate constant was 1.23 times that of ZIS-6.In addition,it was found that e^(-)and·O^(2-)played a major role in the reduction of Cr (VI).This study can provide an effective approach for preparing and enhancing ZnIn_(2)S_(4)-based photocatalysts,and offering new insights into the development of efficient and sustainable photocatalysts.
