摘  要:与传统硝化-反硝化工艺对养猪废水脱氮处理相比,厌氧氨氧化(Anammox)是一种更为绿色节能的污水生物脱氮工艺,但缺乏成熟的大规模养猪废水处理的工程应用案例.因此,本研究开展厌氧氨氧化技术应用于猪场废水处理的中试项目,采用一体化集装箱式组合工艺,主要包括前置反硝化池、亚硝化池、亚硝化-厌氧氨氧化池(PN-A池).结果表明,中试设备稳定运行阶段,处理规模为2 m^(3)·d^(-1),总氮去除率为93.93%±0.44%,有机物(以COD计)去除率为84.43%±0.84%,表现出良好的脱氮除碳能力.高通量测序分析结果表明,Nitrosomonas为系统中主要的好氧氨氧化菌,在亚硝化池和PN-A池都有显著富集,其相对丰度最高可达7.50%;亚硝化池亚硝氮积累率为74.28%,系统能够实现稳定亚硝化.反硝化池中主要的反硝化功能细菌为Thauera和Halomonas.Candidatus Kuenenia是系统中唯一检测到的AnAOB,只存在于PN-A池中,稳定运行期间其在填料上的相对丰度较悬浮污泥中的相对丰度高0.76~10.95倍.综上所述,厌氧氨氧化一体化工艺适用于养猪废水处理且具备良好脱氮效能,研究结果对厌氧氨氧化技术更大规模应用于养殖废水处理具有工程指导意义.Compared with the conventional nitrification-denitrification treatment process commonly employed for nitrogen removal from swine wastewater,anaerobic ammonium oxidation (anammox) is an environmental-friendly and more energy-efficient biological process for nitrogen removal.Still,there is a lack of mature engineering applications for larger scale swine wastewater treatment.In this study,a pilot scale anammox-based technology was carried out to access its feasibility for swine wastewater treatment and explore the anammox microbiome structure.The integrated pilot equipment encompassed a denitrification unit,a partial nitrification unit and a partial nitrification-anammox unit (PN-A).During the stable operational phase,it reached a treatment capacity of over 2 m^(3)·d^(-1) and showed good performance in nitrogen and carbon removals with a total nitrogen removal efficiency of 93.93%±0.44%and a COD removal efficiency of 84.43%±0.84%,respectively.High-throughput sequencing results revealed that Nitrosomonas genus was the primary aerobic ammonia-oxidizing bacteria in the system,which was significantly enriched in both the partial nitrification and PN-A units with relative abundances reaching up to 7.50%.The accumulation rate of nitrite in the partial nitrification unit was 74.28%,signifying stable partial nitrification performance within the system.The primary denitrifying bacteria in the denitrification unit were Thauera and Halomonas genera.Notably,Candidatus Kuenenia was the sole genus of anammox bacteria (AnAOB) detected in the system,found exclusively in the PN-A unit.In addition,the relative abundance of AnAOB on the carriers was significantly higher (ranging from 0.76 to 10.95 times) than that in the suspended sludge.In summary,our findings highlight the suitability of the integrated anammox process for swine wastewater treatment,delivering robust nitrogen removal efficiency.This study provides valuable engineering guidance for the treatment of livestock wastewater based on anammox technology.
