摘  要:为探究磁改性污泥基生物炭(MMSB)对猪粪堆肥过程和土霉素(OTC)降解的影响,以猪粪和木屑为原料,将0.1 mol·L^(-1)和0.25 mol·L^(-1)浓度Fe^(2+)/Fe^(3+)混合溶液改性的MMSB-0.1和MMSB-0.25以10%的质量比(猪粪干基)分别添加到猪粪中进行批式堆肥试验.结果表明,与CK相比,MMSB处理均延长堆肥高温期(1~3 d),提高峰值温度(1.0~3.3℃),加速含水率(MC)下降(5.14%~7.00%).由于堆体的改善促进了腐殖质的进程,MMSB-0.1组和MMSB-0.25组的胡敏酸(HA)分别提高18.16%、10.76%,胡富比分别提高57.17%、37.75%,低剂量磁改性促进效果更佳.另一方面,MMSB的添加降低了OTC的半衰期,但由于MMSB负载了Fe_(3)O_(4),对OTC吸附性增强,导致MMSB实验组的OTC最终降解率均低于CK,且磁改性浓度高低对此影响差别不大.Pearson相关性分析和冗余分析(RDA)表明,堆肥腐熟度和OTC降解主要受MC、温度和可溶性有机碳(DOC)的影响.MMSB有利于在猪粪堆肥过程中调节理化性质、提高腐熟度以及加速OTC降解,低剂量磁改性的MMSB-0.1尤甚.本研究可为磁改性生物炭应用于改善猪粪堆肥提供基础依据.This study explored the effects of two Fe^(2+)/Fe^(3+)concentrations on the properties of magnetically modified sludge-based biochar(MMSB) and its influence on humification and oxytetracycline(OTC) degradation during pig manure composting.Two concentrations of MMSB,MMSB-0.1 with 0.1mol·L^(-1) Fe^(2+)/Fe^(3+)concentration and MMSB-0.25 with 0.25 mol·L^(-1) were incorporated into pig manure at a mass ratio of 10%(dry weight) for composting.Results revealed that pig manure with MMSB prolonged the thermophilic phase of composting about 1 to 3 days,increased the peak composting temperature about 1.0 to 3.3℃,and accelerated moisture content reduction by 5.14%to 7.00%.The humification process during composting was significantly improved with adding MMSB.Compared with the control group,the humic acid contents of MMSB-0.1 group and MMSB-0.25 group increased by 18.16%and 10.76%respectively.The humification index values greatly increased by 57.17%and 37.75%for two groups respectively.MMSB shortened the half-life of OTC.The ultimate degradation rates were lower than CK due to the amplification of OTC adsorptionfacilitated by the Fe_(3)O_(4)-loaded MMSB during composting.The pearson correlation analysis and redundancy analysis revealed that the maturity and degradation of OTC were strongly influenced by MC,temperature,and dissolved organic carbon.Adding MMSB,such as MMSB-0.1 group with a lower dose of magnetic modification,can easily control physical and chemical properties,increase maturity degree,and accelerate OTC degradation during pig manure composting.This study presents the fundamental research concepts on the pig manure composting via magnetic modified biochar.
