摘  要:氧化煅烧是消除危险废物二次铝灰反应性的方法之一,为探究氧化煅烧条件对二次铝灰中氮化铝(AlN)消除的影响机制,本文考察了氧化煅烧温度与保温时间对二次铝灰总氮及活性氮去除的作用.同时,基于中心组合设计二次铝灰低耗脱氮实验,采用响应曲面法进行工艺条件优化,寻找氧化煅烧二次铝灰脱氮的最优工况.结果表明,煅烧温度对二次铝灰脱氮率的影响显著,其次是保温时间.二次铝灰总氮去除最优工况为煅烧温度达到1000℃以上,保温时间为300 min左右,其总氮去除率可达85%以上;而二次铝灰活性氮去除率与铝灰颗粒粗细、活性氮赋存形式有关,其稳定脱除的氧化煅烧温度需800℃以上,保温时间需至少120 min.该研究表明通过中温低耗的氧化煅烧可有效去除二次铝灰中活性AlN,从而达到消除其反应性目的,这为二次铝灰的无害化和资源化利用提供科学支撑.Oxidation calcination is one of the methods to eliminate the reactivity of hazardous waste secondary aluminum ash.In order to explore the mechanism of oxidation calcination conditions on the elimination of aluminum nitride(AlN) in secondary aluminum ash,the effects of oxidation calcination temperature and holding time on the removal of total nitrogen and active nitrogen from secondary aluminum ash were investigated.Moreover,the experiment of low consumption and nitrogen removal of secondary aluminum ash was designed based on the central combination,and the response surface method was used to optimize the process conditions,and the optimal condition of nitrogen removal of oxidizing calcined secondary aluminum ash was found.The results show that the calcination temperature has a significant impact on the denitrification rate of secondary aluminum ash,followed by holding time.The optimal condition of total nitrogen removal from secondary aluminum ash is that the calcination temperature is above 1000 ℃,the holding time is about 300 min,and the total nitrogen removal rate can reach more than 85%.The removal rate of active nitrogen from secondary aluminum ash is related to the particle size and the form of active nitrogen.The oxidation calcination temperature and holding time of secondary aluminum ash need to be above 800 ℃ and at least 120 min.The study shows that active AlN in secondary aluminum ash can be effectively removed by oxidation calcination at medium temperature and low consumption,so as to achieve the purpose of eliminating its reactivity,which provides scientific support for the harmless and resource utilization of secondary aluminum ash.
