摘　　要：目的 探讨磺胺脱敏疗法在HIV合并耶氏肺孢子菌肺炎患者中的可行性及疗效。方法 临床药师通过对不良反应的识别、结合患者自身病情及治疗过程,提出并参与制定了磺胺脱敏方案。结果 患者脱敏过程顺利,后续治疗过程中未再发生相应不良反应,且治疗效果显著,病情得到明显改善。结论 临床药师在患者的用药安全、药物治疗方案制定方面发挥着重要作用。OBJECTIVE To explore the feasibility and efficacy of sulfanilamide desensitization therapy in HIV complicated with Pneumocystis jirovecii pneumonia.METHODS Combined with the condition and treatment process of patient,clinical pharmacists proposed and participated in the formulation of sulfanilamide desensitization scheme through the identification of adverse reactions.RESULTS The desensitization process of the patient was smooth,and no corresponding adverse reactions occurred during the follow-up treatment.Finally,the patient achieved remarkable therapeutic effect,whose condition was significantly improved.CONCLUSION Clinical pharmacists play an important role in safe medication and the formulation of drug therapy for patients.
