摘  要:目的 探究智慧药事系统对我院儿科门诊合理用药情况的影响,完善基于前置审方干预的药学服务模式。方法 选取我院儿科门诊为研究对象,以2021年4~12月开具的微生态制剂处方为对照组,2022年4~12月开具的微生态制剂为实验组,进行实时前置审方与事后处方点评干预,以处方不合格率为指标评估干预效果。结果 干预前儿科门诊的不合理处方数为243,在总处方(3776)中的占比为6.4%;干预后不合理处方数为47,在总处方(6183)中的占比为0.76%。结论 基于智慧药事系统的药学干预模式对儿科门诊的不合理用药情况改善显著,可进一步扩大关注对象,丰富药学服务新模式。OBJECTIVE To investigate the influence of intelligent medicine system on rational drug using in pediatric outpatient department of our hospital,and improve the pharmaceutical care model based on pre-review prescription intervention.METHODS The pediatric outpatient department was selected as the study object,and the micro ecological preparations issued from April to December 2021 were selected as the control group,and the preparations issued from April to December 2022 were selected as the experimental group.Real-time pre-prescription review and post-prescription comment intervention were carried out,and the unqualified rate of prescriptions was used as the indicator to evaluate the intervention effect.RESULTS The number of irrational prescriptions was 243,accounting for 6.4% of the total prescriptions(3776).The number of irrational prescriptions after intervention was 47,accounting for 0.76% of the total prescriptions(6183).CONCLUSION The pharmaceutical intervention mode based on the intelligent medicine system has significantly improved the situation of irrational drug using in the pediatric outpatient department,thereby expanding the scope of concern and enriching the new model of pharmaceutical care will make sense.
