住院妇科疾病患者中宫内节育器应用情况分析

摘　　要：目的:分析广东省2017-2022年宫内节育器(IUD)在妇科疾病辅助治疗中的应用现状,为进一步扩大其在临床疾病辅助治疗中的应用提供参考依据。方法:对2017年1月-2022年12月患有妇科疾病且放置IUD治疗者住院病案首页的信息进行统计分析,分析不同年龄段或不同妇科疾病、不同等级和类别医疗机构及不同年份放置IUD情况。结果:2017-2022年间住院妇科疾病患者中放置IUD治疗的人数逐年递增,2022年患者年龄从6年前(35.3±7.4)岁提高至(38.3±6.5)岁,人数也较6年前增加了141.8%;入住的医疗机构主要为三级综合医院,不同等级医疗机构IUD使用率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);IUD在子宫内膜息肉、子宫内膜增生和异常子宫出血3类疾病中的使用呈上升趋势。结论:住院治疗妇科类疾病并以IUD作为辅助治疗措施的患者人数在逐年递增,主要集中在子宫内膜息肉、子宫内膜增生和异常子宫出血等疾病。Objective:To analyze the application status of intrauterine device(IUD)in the adjuvant treatment of gyne cological diseases in Guangdong province from 2017 to 2022,so as to provide reference for further expanding the appli cation of IUD in the adjuvant treating for clinical diseases.Methods:The information on the front page of the medical records of the patients with gynecological diseases who had IUD inserted from January 2017 to December 2022 was sta tistically analyzed.The IUD inserted situations of the patients with different age or with different gynecological disea ses,of the patients from different levels and types of medical institutions,and of the patients with different years of IUD used was analyzed.Results:From 2017 to 2022,the number of the patients with gynecological diseases whohad IUD inserted during hospitalization increased year by year.In 2022,the age of the patients with IUD inserted during hospitalization for gynecological diseases had increased from 35.3±7.4 years old in 6 years ago to 38.3±6.5 years old,and the number of the patients had increased by 141.8%.The main medical institutions of the patients with IUD insert ed were the tertiary general hospital.There was significant difference in the IUD inserted situation among the patients from different levels of medical institutions(P<0.05).The IUD used of the patients with endometrial polyps,with the endometrial hyperplasia or with the abnormal uterine bleeding had showed an upward trend.Conclusion:The num ber of the patients hospitalized for gynecological diseases who choose IUD inserted as an adjuvant treatment is increas ing year by year,and the gynecological diseases of the patients mainly concentrate in the endometrial polyps,the endo metrial hyperplasia or the abnormal uterine bleeding.
