中青年群体健康体检情况与健康管理研究

摘　　要：目的分析中青年群体的健康体检情况,提供相关的健康管理建议,为中青年群体的健康维护提供一定指导。方法对某公司2021年1-12月694名在职员工进行健康体检,并对健康体检的结果进行综合分析。结果异常结果中人数占比最多的八项依次是血脂异常、肥胖、脂肪肝、外周动脉僵硬度异常、高血压、尿酸偏高、幽门螺杆菌(C13)和尿潜血。结论为了对中青年群体的健康进行有效的维护,应该将血脂异常、肥胖、脂肪肝、外周动脉僵硬度异常、高血压、尿酸偏高、幽门螺杆菌(C13)和尿潜血作为重点的研究对象,对其进行专业、规范、持续的健康管理,使慢性疾病的发生、发展得到有效控制,让中青年群体能以健康的身心投入到工作和生活中去,提高自我的安全感、获得感和幸福感。Objective To analyze health examination situation of middle-aged and young people,provide relevant health management suggestions,and certain guidance for health maintenance of middle-aged and young people.Methods The paper chose694 employees of a certain company with health examination from January to December 2021,and analyzed results of health examination comprehensively.Results Eight items with the highest proportion of abnormal results were dyslipidemia,obesity,fatty liver,abnormal peripheral arterial stiffness,hypertension,high uric acid,Helicobacter pylori(C13),and urinary occult blood.Conclusion It is necessary to treat dyslipidemia,obesity,fatty liver,abnormal peripheral arterial stiffness,hypertension,high uric acid,Helicobacter pylori(C13),and urinary occult blood as research objects,to maintain health of middle-aged and young population effectively,and carry out professional,standardized,and continuous health management to control incidence and development of chronic diseases effectively,so than middle-aged and young population can devote themselves to work and life with a healthy body and mind,and improve sense of safety,achievement and happiness.
