产前扮亲法全程陪护对孕妇选择分娩方式及妊娠结局的作用研究

摘　　要：目的分析产前扮亲法全程陪护对孕妇选择分娩方式及妊娠结局的作用。方法选取某市三级甲等医院2022年5月—2023年5月分娩的96例孕妇作为研究对象,采取随机数字表法将孕妇分为对照组(n=48)和观察组(n=48),对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组实施产前扮亲法全程陪护,比较两种不同的护理方式对孕妇选择分娩方式、分娩情况及妊娠结局的影响。结果观察组顺产率高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产程时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,VAS评分低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良妊娠结局发生率低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产前扮亲法全程陪护具备较强的针对性,可有效降低产妇剖宫产率,缩短孕妇产程时间,降低其术中出血量及疼痛情况,并减少不良妊娠结局发生率,具备较高的推广应用价值。Objective To analyze effect of full prenatal nursing of family member style on delivery method choice and pregnancy outcome of pregnant women.Methods The paper chose 96 pregnant women in a tertiary A hospital in a city from May 2022 to May 2023 as research subjects,and divided them into control group(n=48)and observation group(n=48)with random number table method.Control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,while observation group with full prenatal nursing of family member style.Effect of two different nursing methods on delivery method choice,delivery situation,and pregnancy outcome was compared.Results Observation group had higher rate of vaginal delivery than control group(P<0.05).Observation group had shorter delivery time than control group,less intraoperative bleeding,and lower VAS scores than control group(P<0.05).Incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Full prenatal nursing of family member style has strong targeting,can reduce cesarean section rate,shorten delivery time of pregnant women,reduce intraoperative bleeding and pain,and incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes effectively,which has high promotion and application value.
