护理新模式对心肾综合征行维持性血液透析患者的应用效果及对LVEF影响

摘　　要：目的就护理新模式对心肾综合征行维持性血液透析患者的临床效果予以观察分析。方法将2021年1月—2023年2月本院收治的100例心肾综合征性维持性血液透析患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为两组,对照组为常规护理,观察组为护理新模式,对比干预效果。结果观察组心功能指标和对照组相比改善效果更好,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症低于对照组,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对比患者NT-proBNP以及hs-cTnT指标和6min步行距离,观察组整体效果比对照组更好,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对心肾综合征行维持性血液透析患者,为其实施护理新模式,有助于心功能指标的改善,降低不良事件的发生率,保障疗效,具备推广价值。Objective To observe and analyze clinical effect of new nursing models on maintenance hemodialysis patients with cardiorenal syndrome.Methods The paper chose 100 patients with cardiorenal syndrome with maintenance hemodialysis admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to February 2023 as study subjects,and divided them into two groups with random number table method.Control group was treated with routine nursing,while observation group with new nursing model.Intervention results was compared.Results Observation group showed better improvement in cardiac function indicators than control group,there was difference between two groups(P<0.05).Incidence of complications in observation group was lower than control group,there was difference between two groups(P<0.05).Comparison of NT proBNP,hs cTnT indicators,and 6-minute walking distance of patients showed,overall effect of observation group was better than control group,there was difference between two groups(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction degree of observation group was higher than control group,there was difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion New nursing model can improve cardiac function indicators,reduce incidence of adverse events,ensure curative effect of maintenance hemodialysis patients with cardiorenal sy ndrome,which has promotional value.
