个性化护理在矽肺患者氧气雾化吸入中的应用

摘　　要：目的探究对于矽肺患者氧气雾化吸入中实施个性化护理的应用效果。方法选取2023年2月—2023年6月在本科接受治疗的80例矽肺患者作为研究样本,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组40例。参照组以常规护理为主导,试验组以个性化护理为主导,比对两组患者负性情绪、生活质量及护理满意度。结果试验组SAS评分及SAS评分均低于参照组(P<0.05);试验组生活质量优于参照组(P<0.05);试验组护理满意度高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论矽肺患者氧气雾化吸入在个性化护理干预下能减轻负性情绪,提高其生活质量,有助于提升患者对护理的满意度。Objective To explore application effect of personalized nursing in oxygen nebulization inhalation of silicosis patients.Methods The paper chose 80 silicosis patients in our department from February 2023 to June 2023 as study samples,and divided them into two groups with random number table method,with average of 40 cases included.Control group was treated with by routine nursing,while experimental group with personalized nursing.Negative emotions,life quality,and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between two groups.Results SAS scores and SAS scores of experimental group were lower than control group,with P<0.05.Life quality in experimental group was better than control group,P<0.05.Nursing satisfaction degree of experimental group was higher than control group,with P<0.05.Conclusion Oxygen nebulization inhalation can alleviate negative emotions,improve life quality,and satisfaction degree of silicosis patients with nursing under personalized nursing interventions.
