分析全身麻醉苏醒期手术室综合护理干预对 患者心理状况及躁动发生率的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨全身麻醉苏醒期手术室综合护理干预对患者心理状况及躁动发生率的影响。方法选取2021年3月—2023年3月本院接收的全身麻醉手术治疗患者128例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组64例,苏醒期手术室护理中,对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组实施综合护理干预,测定两组的心理状况、血压、心率,比较躁动发生情况和不良事件发生情况。结果术后SAS、SDS评分比较,观察组较对照组明显更低,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。苏醒期心率、收缩压和舒张压比较,观察组较对照组明显更低,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组躁动发生率显著低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良事件发生率显著低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预应用在全身麻醉苏醒期手术室护理中可促使患者保持稳定的心态、血压和心率,改善心理状况,预防躁动发生,防范不良事件发生,提高安全性,值得推广。Objective To explore effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in operating room during recovery period of general anesthesia on psychological status and restlessness incidence of patients.Methods The paper chose 128 patients with general anesthesia surgery in our hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 as study subjects,and divided them into two groups with random number table method,with 64 cases in each group.During recovery period,control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,while observation group with comprehensive nursing intervention.Psychological status,blood pressure,heart rate between two groups was measured,incidence of restlessness and adverse events was compared.Results Postoperative SAS and SDS scores in observation group were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Heart rate,systolic blood pressure,and diastolic blood pressure during awakening period in observation group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Incidence of restlessness was 7.81%in observation group,significantly lower than 26.56%in control group(P<0.05).Incidence of adverse events in observation group was 6.25%,significantly lower than 18.75%in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can maintain stable mentality,blood pressure and heart rate,improve psychological status,prevent restlessness and adverse events,improve safety of general anesthesia patients in operating room nursing during recovery period,which is worth promoting.
