小儿急性阑尾炎诊治及术后加速康复外科的研究进展

摘　　要：急性阑尾炎是常见的小儿外科急症,其病因较多,目前临床上结合患儿临床表现及辅助检查可明确诊断。加速康复外科指的是在多学科进行协作的基础上进行围手术期优化的措施,旨在减少患儿的心理以及生理创伤应激,从而加快康复。在加速康复外科理念的推行下,诊治阑尾炎患儿的思路较前产生了一定变化。因此本文将对小儿阑尾炎的诊治及加速康复外科理念在小儿阑尾炎中的应用进行综述,为临床医生在临床工作中对疾病的诊治提供一定参考。Acute appendicitis is a common pediatric surgical emergent disease,whose etiology is influenced by various factors,and can be clearly diagnosed by combining clinical manifestations and auxiliary examinations in clinical practice currently.Accelerated rehabilitation surgery refers to perioperative optimization measures based on interdisciplinary collaboration,which can reduce psychological and physiological trauma stress and accelerate recovery of children.Under concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery,diagnosis and treatment ideas of appendicitis have some certain changes.Therefore,the paper reviews diagnosis and treatment of pediatric appendicitis and application of accelerated recovery surgical concepts,to provide some certain reference for clinical doctors in diagnosis and treatment of diseases.
