那曲肝素钙和达肝素钠在预防髋膝关节置换术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床比较

摘　　要：目的比较那曲肝素钙和达肝素钠在预防髋膝关节置换术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的效果。方法选取2020年3月—2022年3月在本院进行髋膝关节置换术的患者60例为研究对象,按纳入标准和排除标准,将30例使用那屈肝素钙预防下肢深静脉血栓的患者录入为对照组;将30例使用达肝素钠预防下肢深静脉血栓的患者录入为研究组;评定两组术后深静脉血栓形成概率和术后各项指标结果。结果对照组下肢深静脉血栓发生率高于研究组,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组术中失血量和引流量降低情况比较,组间对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),研究组血红蛋白降低程度更明显,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术前、术后两组PT以及APTT水平分析,组间对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论临床应用达肝素钠和那屈肝素钙,均可有效控制下肢深静脉血栓的发生,但达肝素钠更有利于降低下肢深静脉血栓形成。Objective To compare effect of nadroparin calcium and daxaparin sodium in preventing lower limb deep vein thrombosis after hip and knee arthroplasty.Methods The paper reviewed and analyzed 60 patients with hip and knee replacement surgery in our hospital from March 2020 to March 2022 as study subjects.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,30 cases in control group were treated with nadroparin calcium to prevent deep vein thrombosis in the lower limbs;30 cases in study group with daxaparin sodium to prevent deep vein thrombosis in the lower limbs.Incidence of postoperative deep vein thrombosis and results of various postoperative indicators were evaluatedbetween two groups.Results Incidence of lower limb deep vein thrombosis in control group was higher than study group,there was statistically significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).Difference in intraoperative blood loss and drainage volume between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and degree of hemoglobin reduction between study group and control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in PT and APTT levels between two groups before and after surgery(P>0.05).Conclusion Daxaparin sodium and nadroparin calcium can effectively control incidence of deep vein thrombosis in the lower limbs,but daxaparin sodium is more conducive to reducing formation of deep vein thrombosis in the lower limbs.
