探讨中度混合痔给予弹力线套扎剥扎术治疗的临床效果

摘　　要：目的分析中度混合痔给予弹力线套扎剥扎术治疗的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月—2023年4月本院收治的123例中度混合痔患者进行研究,随机分为观察组(62例,弹力线套扎剥扎术)与对照组(61例,传统外剥内扎术)。分析两组患者临床疗效、临床指标、应激指标水平。结果观察组患者临床疗效显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者ACTH、COR水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论弹力线套扎剥扎术可显著提高对患者治疗效果,减少术中出血与手术时间,改善患者应急指标水平,值得广泛推广。Objective To analyze clinical effect of elastic wire ligation and stripping surgery on moderate mixed hemorrhoids.Methods The paper chose 123 patients with moderate mixed hemorrhoids from January 2018 to April 2023,and divided them into observation group(62 cases,treated with elastic wire ligation and stripping)and control group(61 cases,with traditional external and internal ligation)randomly.Clinical effect,clinical indicators,and stress index levels of patients were analyzed.Results Clinical effect of observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Observation group had significantly lower surgical time,intraoperative blood loss,and hospital stay than control group(P<0.05).The levels of ACTH and COR in observation group were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Automatic elastic wireligation can significantly improve treatment effect of patients,reduce intraoperative bleeding and surgical time,improve the level of emergency indicators,which is worthy of widepromotion.
