中药热奄包对腹腔镜胆囊切除手术后患者胃肠功能恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的分析热奄包对腹腔镜胆囊切除手术后患者胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法回顾性分析2020年1月—2023年1月在滨海县中医院接受腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者60例为研究对象,并根据术后热敷方法不同,分为观察组(中药热奄包组,n=30)与对照组(常规热奄包组,n=30),比较两种方法对患者术后胃肠道功能恢复的影响。结果治疗后,观察组整体的效果优于对照组,观察组的GAS及MTL水平比对照组高,其整体的胃肠道恢复情况评分也高于对照组,上述数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药热奄包热敷有效帮助腹腔镜胆囊切除手术患者的胃肠功能的恢复,明显改善患者胃肠功能,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze effect of hot compress on recovery of gastrointestinal function of patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods The paper reviewed and analyzed 60 patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy in Binhai County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2020 to January 2023,and divided them into observation group(treated with traditional Chinese medicine hot compress,n=30)and control group(with routine hot compress,n=30)according to different postoperative hot compress method.Effect of two methods on postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery of patients was compared.Results After treatment,overall effect of observation group was better than control group.GAS and MTL levels of observation group were higher than control group,and overall gastrointestinal recovery scores were higher than control group,difference of above data comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine hot compress can help recovery of gastrointestinal function of patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy effectively,improve gastrointestinal function significantly,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
