摘　　要：目的探讨急救护理程序对创伤性脾破裂患者临床疗效及并发症的影响。方法选取2021年1月—2022年12月本院收治的82例创伤性脾破裂患者作为研究对象,基于病床号的奇偶性分为对照组和观察组,每组41例。对照组患者接受基础护理,观察组患者接受急救护理程序。比较两组患者临床疗效[肛门排气时间、首次下床活动时间、住院时间]、并发症[术中低体温、感染、压疮、腹腔出血]及生活质量[生活质量综合评定问卷(GQO.L1-74)]。结果观察组的临床治疗效果明显好于对照组,不良反应发生率相较对照组明显偏低,生活质量相较对照组明显提高,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论紧急护理措施对于提高患者的临床治疗效果有积极影响,能够降低不良反应的出现,并有助于增强患者的生活品质,对于创伤性脾破裂患者具有较高的应用价值。Objective To explore effect of emergency nursing procedures on clinical effect and complications of patients with traumatic splenic rupture.Methods The paper chose 82 patients with traumatic splenic rupture in Huai'an City No.82 Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 as study subjects,and divided them into control group and observation group based on parity of hospital bed numbers.41 cases in control group was treated with basic nursing,while 41 cases in observation group with emergency nursing procedures.Clinical effect,complications,and life quality were compared between two groups,including anal exhaust time,first time out of bed activity,length of stay,intraoperative hypothermia,infection,pressure ulcers,and abdominal bleeding with Comprehensive Life quality Questionnaire(GQO.L1-74).Results Clinical treatment effect in observation group was significantly better than control group,incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than control group.Life quality was significantly higher than control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Emergency nursing measures can achieve positive effect on clinical treatment effect of patients,can reduce incidence of adverse reactions,enhance life quality of patients,which has high application value for patients with traumatic splenic rupture.
